Her content can be found on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & X. She regularly works with various local and international media houses to advise on health topics in order to ensure the dissemination of accurate information.

My Philosophy

I champion for increased access to accurate Sexual and Reproductive and related Mental Health information and for increased access to affordable, unbiased Reproductive and Sexual Health services in Kenya and Africa as a whole.

It is my belief that every girl and woman as well as people in marginalised groups of society have access to accurate health information and be provided the ability to receive unbiased, high quality sexual, reproductive and mental health services, regardless of their socioeconomic status. It is my aim to use my voice, expertise and influence to fight for and advocate for changes in national policies and laws to allow equitable access to these healthcare resources to all.
